Bio: Sonali Dubey is a Human Resources Professional. She specializes in delivering human capital needs and has experience in various sectors – Technology, E-Commerce, Oil & Gas, Banking, Infrastructure and Diversified Conglomerates. She is currently leading the portfolio of Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition & Engagement in India for Pernod Ricard, a French organization in the alco-bev industry. She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from MDI, Gurgaon and a B.Tech degree in Information & Communication Technology from DAIICT. During her tenure at DAIICT, she contributed to the development of KinectoTherapy – a product to support the differently-abled in rehabilitation. She has co-authored a research paper titled ‘Enhancing effectiveness of motor rehabilitation using kinect motion sensing technology’. Both initiatives were done under the guidance of Anil Roy, Professor at DAIICT and Senior Member, IEEE; and in partnership with Yash Soni, an alumnus of DAIICT and currently Senior Director at Sprinklr. She is a PADI certified Advanced Open Water Diver and a dog mom. She believes that learning is a way of life and is constantly on the lookout to upgrade her skills. She is currently learning how to play the guitar and speak French.
